I waited six years for this book. One of the characters in it is my all-time favorite Trek character.
I wish, that canon Trek had had these Romulans and had it going forth, and kept the bad Klingons. I hated what they did with the Romulans from TNG on. Basically, they made the Romulan TOS Klingons!
Good book. I got most of what I wanted, other than one scene, but that's personal preference and unimportant in the scheme of things.
